ADVERTISING AGREEMENT INFORMATION

If you would like to advertise in the next issue of the REAL Connections magazine you can take a look at the Advertising Rates for advertising options, and you will need to complete and return a copy of the Advertising Agreement.

On the Advertising Agreement, please complete:

• the information in the box at the top of the form,
• the total of the ad which is in the paragraph after the box (from the advertising rate sheet),
• and the signature and date at the bottom of the page in the spaces indicated for the ‘Purchaser’
